Question about microorganisms?

During boiling the water-chicken broth mixture you are killing the majority of the microorganisms in it. By tightly sealing the mixture afterwords you can have it sterile (without microorganisms) for almost infinite amount of time. If you will leave the mixture open, the microorganisms will gladly "jump" into it again.
