What is wrong with doctors? why can't they tell? Can you help me?

Yesterday I get 3 BFP! The only problem is I started bleeding a little, not dark, kinda pink, but then it seemed like tissue was coming out, not a lot. So I went to the doctor and took the three test with me. They did blood work and ultrasounds and told me that they didn't see anything (it's too early) and that my hormone level was less than 5 and they have no idea how I got three BFP. They said it could be a MC or It could be too early to tell either way. So I have no idea what to think or do now. I feel like crying. Help.
