Feel bad im ignoring this girl?

Well im in middle school right now, and me and this girl were pretty good friends i used to talk to her all the time and we'd laugh and stuff but now but then i just started ignoring her for awhile dont know why lol she's really cute soo basically i've been ignoring her avoiding eye contact/no speaking to her for like 2-3 weeks but today i was in cl and the teacher was telling us who was staying after school for math to catch up on my math isnt so good sooo after she was done i was like yess and brought my fist down lol if you know what i mean then she basically looks over and smiles at me and i just smile back...then after the cl is over she comes to me in the hall and says.."Ewww its samm"In a playful way lolz then i just crack some old jokes with her and head to my locker....but i kinda feel bad that i've been ignoring her, should i apologize for being such a douche to her?
