Does a trade between Carolina and New England for Julius peppers Seem Likely?

This would make sense to me and I heard it rumored somewhere yesterday. It would make sense because now they need an OLB where they just traded Vrabel, and Peppers wants to be traded to a team that plays 3-4 and needs an OLB. Does this seem like a perfect fit to anyone else besisdes me? Cap is obviously not an issue since the pats just cleared up 14.5 million dollars.
