Why has my man of 15 months left me after a fab holiday in spain an 15 months of bliss

I'm negative so he says. Its getting him down he wasnt looking forward to meeting this week. Its all ok when we are with people or doing somthing. He needs more time for his karate. just had hol in spain.had couple of small tifs rest brilliant. whats in his head? 1st hol without his kids.
