Why doesn't N.O.W. change to N.O.L.W.?

The National Organization for Women, I believe, should change their title to NOLW, National Organization for Liberal Women. With everything I read and see of them in the print and air wave media, they only seem to defend or support Democratic or Liberal women. They never support Conservative or Republican women. What comes to mind recently is Meg Whitman, Kathleen O'Donell, Michelle Bachman and Sarah Palin. They are, the last time I looked, women. What does ideology or party affiliation have to do with it? They can be called every name in the book and N.O.W. is nowhere to be found to back them or stand up for them. Talk about hypocrites.
