When I go to the bathroom I am peeing blood. What should I do?

Well I started peeing blood about a day ago. When Im all done peeing is when the blood comes out. It burns and stings really bad and is a light pinkish red! My pee is a clear yellow color. Im not sure if I could pably have UTI or a problem with my kidneys. Not sure what to do because I don't have insurance and I just went to ER and found out that I have bronchitis and pneumonia and was put on antibiotics for it.
