What AGP Graphics card is cheap but great at the same time?

I am looking for a new Graphics Card and have an old system so I need an AGP card. I want something that can run WoW with almost Maxed out graphics but at the same time is cheap. But the problem is I may also need a power supply because the one I have is only 250W. So I need a card that can run WoW on full graphics and maybe also a PSU for under $97 (thats all I have and can't get more). Please help me out!
