WOW!!! That is pretty good! Breakfast was hecka good you could even through in some fruit into your cereal. (wink wink) And then the snack is good..... maybe some apples AND pb. And then lunch sounds pretty good have any cheese or mayo on that sandwhich??? Then you could through in some more veggies or fruits for lunch. And then what kind of yogurt low sugar, non fat what kind? And then dinner sounds pretty good. Your WELL on your way!!! Congrats!
