LDS: Does JSmith cheated you (John 1:18)? or is this a big lie? or do we need a 3rd Book?

So your saying that the bible said twelve disciples laid eyes on Jesus plus countless others, so why not Joseph Smith? What about the Pope does not God speak to him? Sounds like selected reading to me. I would believe that Joseph Smith saw God and Jesus why before I believe a donkey or burning bush could talk.
