Another losing season?

Everyone is talking about texans being a playoff contender but why? There running game still sucks, so does there run defense, so does there secondary. They havent improved in any one area over the offseason (might have gotten worse in secondary with Jacque Reeves). They are so scared to get REAL free agents like justin smith or micheal turner or Julius Jones to help them get better but they just sign washed-up has been pro-bowlers (ahman green, Roosevelt Colvin). Plus they have a harder schedule than last year. Is it just me or are the texans looking like a 5-11 team? Btw I am a texans fan.
